Climarelle® Cool 4.5 Tog Duvets

Climarelle® Cool 4.5 Tog Duvets are specifically designed to reduce heat build from your body while you sleep.

Made in the UK with 300 thread count cotton cambric cases to ensure excellent quality and cooling comfort.

The fibres actually adjust to your temperature by expanding when they get too hot providing a cooling effect.

They then shrink again and as they cool down they release any stored up heat which improves cooling.

Climarelle® Cool is a good absorber of moisture making it the ideal choice if you suffer from hot night sweats.

Climarelle Cool 4.5 Tog Duvets

Recent studies have suggested that every night our bodies change temperature every 20 minutes, this is quite a lot and your duvet has to keep up! Being too hot at night or having hot flushes can be stressful if you are not getting the recommended amount of sleep each night. Most of us do not suffer from this condition but there are other factors that can cause sleep disruption such as menopausal issues, health conditions, certain cancer treatments and an over - or under-active thyroid for instance. Climarelle® Cool is not cheap but it does exactly what it is supposed to do, it helps the bodies natural cooling system, it actively dissipates heat away from the body and allows you to cool down naturally. The Climarelle® Cool fabric features micro-capsules which actively release a cooling effect as needed, drawing excess heat away from the body in small modules contained within the material. When you have cooled down, Climarelle can release the heat to keep you at a more even temperature throughout your sleep. The incredibly fine and light fibres help deliver maximum comfort with minimum weight in a product that can be machine washed and dried.

Once your order has been prepared, you will be sent an email confirming when it is being despatched and when it will be delivered.

We use DPD and Hermes for UK deliveries who will notify you on the morning of delivery of a 1 hour time slot when your order will be with you. They provide several options for you to manage your delivery, including:

  • Collection from a nearby pick-up shop
  • Delivery to a neighbour
  • Instruction to leave it in a safe place on your property
  • Delivery on a different date

We use a range of international couriers for deliveries outside of the UK. They all provide the facility for you to track your parcel.

Returns Process?

Please register your intention to return by emailing us at and we will guide you through the process. 

Please do not send goods back without informing us first as we use multiple warehouse facilities.

Please have the correct address in order to ensure safe delivery of your returned item, you will then receive a communication from us when the goods have been received.

All goods are to be returned at the buyer's expense.

Full refund or exchange will be given less any delivery charges already incurred, subject to this criteria being met.

Please email us in the event that you are dissatisfied with the goods or service you have received.

Will we endeavour to rectify all issues within 48 hours to your total satisfaction (prior to any return of goods).

We will ensure all costs associated with returning faulty or incorrectly delivered goods, including delivery costs, is at no expense to you.


We provide two return options for faulty or incorrectly delivered products and where our change of mind policy applies.

These are:

1: Replacement

2: Full refund to your account (e.g. Credit/Debit card, PayPal etc.)

On occasion your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received by us.

If your replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed.

How Long Will It Take To Get a Refund?

Once your goods have been received by us, please allow up to 28 working days for your credit to be processed back to your account.

You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your refund.
