Choose from a medium 50cm x 75cm pillow or a 50cm x 90cm pillow finished with double piped stitching.

Downafresh® is a trademark of the registered Association of the European Bed Feather and Bedding Industries documenting that the filling material complies with the European standard EN 12935 (“feather and down – hygiene and cleanliness requirements “). Companies using these brands have the down and feathers they process tested at a hygiene laboratory and document the origin and processing of the filling material. DOWNAFRESH is a guarantee that the filling of down and feather complies with the strictest hygienic requirements, established according to the European standard EN 12935. Furthermore, the filling material is washed with washing detergents that are not harmful to nature. Additionally, feather and down is tested by an impartial test institute to ensure the product does not contain substances harmful to the environment. Downafresh is a guarantee that the manufacturer has an audited traceability system for the feather & down filling material they use and that this complies with all laws and regulations relating to animal welfare and ethics.
Oeko Tex 100® If a textile article carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that every component of this article, i.e. every thread, button and other accessories, has been tested for harmful substances and that the article therefore is harmless for human health. The test is conducted by our independent OEKO-TEX® partner institutes on the basis of our extensive OEKO-TEX® criteria. In the test they take into account numerous regulated and non-regulated substances, which may be harmful to human health. In many cases the limit values for the STANDARD 100 go beyond national and international requirements.

Once your order has been prepared, you will be sent an email confirming when it is being despatched and when it will be delivered.
We use DPD and Hermes for UK deliveries who will notify you on the morning of delivery of a 1 hour time slot when your order will be with you. They provide several options for you to manage your delivery, including:
- Collection from a nearby pick-up shop
- Delivery to a neighbour
- Instruction to leave it in a safe place on your property
- Delivery on a different date
We use a range of international couriers for deliveries outside of the UK. They all provide the facility for you to track your parcel.
Please register your intention to return by emailing us at email@example.com and we will guide you through the process.
Please do not send goods back without informing us first as we use multiple warehouse facilities.
Please have the correct address in order to ensure safe delivery of your returned item, you will then receive a communication from us when the goods have been received.
All goods are to be returned at the buyer's expense.
Full refund or exchange will be given less any delivery charges already incurred, subject to this criteria being met.
Please email us in the event that you are dissatisfied with the goods or service you have received.
Will we endeavour to rectify all issues within 48 hours to your total satisfaction (prior to any return of goods).
We will ensure all costs associated with returning faulty or incorrectly delivered goods, including delivery costs, is at no expense to you.
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT FROM DUVETS DIRECT?
We provide two return options for faulty or incorrectly delivered products and where our change of mind policy applies.
2: Full refund to your account (e.g. Credit/Debit card, PayPal etc.)
On occasion your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received by us.
If your replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed.
How Long Will It Take To Get a Refund?
Once your goods have been received by us, please allow up to 28 working days for your credit to be processed back to your account.
You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your refund.
