British Organic Wool Pillows
British Organic British Wool Pillows are the finest available and are unsurpassed in quality or craftsmanship.
Made from GOTS certified organic cotton and natural British wool which is very resistant to house dust mites.
Allowing your head and neck to naturally regulate temperature more easily with the wicking properties of wool.
Moisture from your bodies perspiration can escape the filling more effectively leaving you fresher each day.
The case is an organically certified 220 thread count cotton cover that is sumptuously soft yet super strong.

Dedicated to the manufacture of wool duvets, pillows and toppers, the GOTS certification means we can sell a range of fully certified organic wool products. We ensure all our products are fully traceable in line with the GOTS Audit process. Only with the GOTS certification backed by the Soil Association audit process can you ensure the claimed GOTS Organic status is genuine. Always check for the GOTS licence number and check with the GOTS database that the claim made is a genuine and the organic status has been verified. Without that assurance it is unlikely the products are truly organic.
IDENTIFYING BRITISH WOOL PRODUCTS
British Wool operates a licensee scheme which helps consumers to easily identify products with a genuinely high content of British wool.
Our licensee scheme has recently been re-launched, featuring the new logos displayed opposite. As the scheme is new, there are relatively few products in the market place which feature the new logos, but it’s still easy to identify a British wool product.
Simply look for the Shepherd’s Crook Mark.
We deliver all items free to UK mainland postal addresses, this does not include any addresses on the list below.

Once your order has been prepared, you will be sent an email confirming when it is being despatched and when it will be delivered.
We use DPD and Hermes for UK deliveries who will notify you on the morning of delivery of a 1 hour time slot when your order will be with you. They provide several options for you to manage your delivery, including:
- Collection from a nearby pick-up shop
- Delivery to a neighbour
- Instruction to leave it in a safe place on your property
- Delivery on a different date
We use a range of international couriers for deliveries outside of the UK. They all provide the facility for you to track your parcel.
Please register your intention to return by emailing us at email@example.com and we will guide you through the process.
Please do not send goods back without informing us first as we use multiple warehouse facilities.
Please have the correct address in order to ensure safe delivery of your returned item, you will then receive a communication from us when the goods have been received.
All goods are to be returned at the buyer's expense.
Full refund or exchange will be given less any delivery charges already incurred, subject to this criteria being met.
Please email us in the event that you are dissatisfied with the goods or service you have received.
Will we endeavour to rectify all issues within 48 hours to your total satisfaction (prior to any return of goods).
We will ensure all costs associated with returning faulty or incorrectly delivered goods, including delivery costs, is at no expense to you.
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT FROM DUVETS DIRECT?
We provide two return options for faulty or incorrectly delivered products and where our change of mind policy applies.
2: Full refund to your account (e.g. Credit/Debit card, PayPal etc.)
On occasion your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received by us.
If your replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed.
How Long Will It Take To Get a Refund?
Once your goods have been received by us, please allow up to 28 working days for your credit to be processed back to your account.
You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your refund.
